Korurok is an app designed to manage tasks, resources, milestones and notes in a novel way through several different working areas.

Projects Area.

The first window displayed when opening the app is the projects’ area. You are allowed to create as many projects as you like. Each project is presented as a summary: a general view of the projects components and of its current completion state.

Board Area.

On the Board area the different choices for grouping, arranging and filtering will allow you to organize your information the way it suits you best. This area presents the information of tasks, resources, milestones, notes and groups organized in descriptive panels.

List Area.

On this area the elements of your projects will be listed on a table. On the list the information is not as detailed as in the board area: this allows you to visualize the projects elements in a simpler way.

Time Line Area.

On the time line area you will be able to see the components of your projects displayed on a time line. Tasks, resources, milestones, notes and groups are laid out from left to right according to their starting and ending dates.

Diagrams Area.

On the diagrams area only the elements depending on other items and the elements on which they rely are represented. The relationships between elements are indicated by lines and arrows linking tasks, resources, milestones and groups

Projects components.

There are five different types of elements you can add to a project. The basic elements are: tasks, resources, milestones and notes. The other type of element is the group. You can create groups of any type of element (including other groups).

Attributes.

You can customize different attributes for your projects items. These include basic properties such as name, description, priority, category, color and icon. Furthermore you can set a starting and an ending date and you can access your iPad address book to assign one or several contacts to any element.
